However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Learning data (your recall responses and performance metrics) is stored to enable the spaced repetition algorithm to function correctly. This data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service.

We may use third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze data to help us improve the App. These include:

• Analytics Providers: To understand usage patterns and improve the App experience.
• Cloud Infrastructure: To host and deliver the App reliably.
• Push Notification Services: To send you review reminders (Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging).

DistroLearn is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

The App may send push notifications to remind you of scheduled review sessions. You can control notification permissions through your device's settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App, but may reduce the effectiveness of the spaced repetition schedule.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
